When you click on the report results or on any of the reports in dashboard, sometimes you will see results like
This is because there is no data to display because of filters or for others reasons.
You can change this default no result message to your own message or customize it as per report requirements.
First, click on compound layout
Click on No Results Option,
Type any message you want based on the type of report and save the report.
When the report doesn’t pull any data, the users will get the below customized message.
