Saving ibots in Shared ibots Folder

How to save an iBot in the iBot shared folder?

Although the solution is simple I think it is worth writing about since it is not very intuitive.

When you try to save a request as an ibot, by default it is saved in the My ibots folder. You are not provided with an option to change directories to the Shared ibots folder.

Now to enable saving in the Shared ibots folder, click on the Recipients tab in OBIEE delivers and under subscription options, check Publish for subscription.

Now, when you will be able to save the ibot in the Shared folder.
